It’s our mission to ensure that you have the opportunity to access programs, classes and resources that will help you transform your life. At the Kroc you’ll Group Fitness Classes for all ages and skill levels, Fitness Assessments to keep you on track and Personal Trainers to help you find your fit.

To ensure everyone in our community has access to these transformational services all of our group fitness classes are free to members and day pass customers. Plus, members receive discounts on personal training and free Kroc Starts and Wellness Consultations.

We’re also proud to offer a wide range of classes that will challenge you no matter your fitness level. Don’t be intimidated! Grab a friend and check out one of these great classes. *The classes below are offered throughout the year. Our schedule can vary each session and some classes may be added or not offered for a period of time.

This class focuses on strength and power using a barbell with adjustable weights. Strong emphasis on proper form and technique, and building functional strength. You’ll move through squats, lunges, chest and overhead presses, as well as tricep dips and bicep, hammer and side arm curls. The intensity of Barbell Strength depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Start easy — you can always increase the weight later! All levels.

Barre is a total body sculpting workout that is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training and ballet. Classes are low impact, emphasizing the toning of all major muscle groups and are set to fun and motivating music. All levels.

Take your Barre training to the next level with this higher intensity class that will incorporate more cardio, weights, and even more challenging moves. All levels.

Limited on time and need that extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! We want you to have fun but be prepared for some high intensity training! Intermediate to Advanced.

BURN is a strength and sculpting class that isolates muscle groups and BURNS. THEM. OUT… This particular class targets the lower body- legs, glutes and lower core. Low impact + high intensity + low resistance + high repetition exercises all in 30 minutes. All levels.

This high-energy class combines cardio and strength intervals using a variety of equipment. Full body workout with varying structure for total body conditioning.

Start your day off right with this fun cycling class. Head out on a journey as this class incorporates flats, steady hills, sprints and interval training, in and out of the saddle. All levels.

This 45 minute ride on our state-of-the-art stationary bikes will incorporate resistance, cardio and endurance. Music will motivate, and each individual will have control over intensity.

Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the calorie burn of Spinning, this is the class for you! This high energy ride will take you to a new level of fitness using cadence and resistance drills. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout, all to energizing music! Upper body Strength & Core components are added off the bike incorporating weights.  This class is aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength. Intermediate to advanced.

This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, and improve your endurance. All levels.

A class that combines both cardio endurance and barbell strength work. Class begins with a warm-up and Tabata/HIIT segments, then focuses on function strength and technique with barbell, followed by stretch and mobility. Improves cardio endurance while strengthening with traditional barbell movements.

High Intensity Interval Training. Movements combine plyometrics, strength and cardio into a full-body workout that increases cardio endurance. Weights are incorporated to build strength and intensity.

This class incorporates Tabata®, a highly popular exercise for those who are looking for a fast, effective workout guaranteeing you to sweat. Total body work out that uses a variety of equipment. All levels.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands and rings. The workout helps build, sculpt, and tone these muscles.

Cardio, weights, fun and done! Total body workout that puts the FUN in FUNctional. This class has a unique combination of resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance all in 45 minutes. Strong emphasis on music-based conditioning with mixed martial arts movements to increase core stability, balance, and increase cardio endurance. All levels.

A more advanced spin on traditional

SilverSneakers®

class- this standing class incorporates athletic based exercises and conditioning that focuses on major muscle groups. The focus of this class is toning muscles and building overall strength.  Bands and weights are used. Intermediate level.

This total body circuit challenge combines different workout stations to inspire a results-driven, maximum effort. It is cross-training at its best with rowers, functional exercises, and a whole bunch of other fun fitness toys in a team-oriented class that will challenge and transform your whole body. Designed to be high volume, low resistance with short rest intervals. All levels.

All Levels Yoga is designed for all participants, both new and advanced. Classes include breathing, postures, and meditation intended to improve mindset, flexibility, alignment, and strength.

Poses are combined with breath work and end with relaxation and body awareness.

Slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and movement techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being. Chair is also offered/used for some movements.

A fun dance workout to upbeat Latin/International music. Routines are fun, easy to learn and get your heart rate up.

Zumba® provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Zumba Gold® is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba® class and was designed to meet the needs of seniors.

WATER FITNESS

Here at the Kroc we make full use of our pools with a variety of fitness and sports classes. Our Aqua Fitness classes are drop-in, and included in membership, or available to the public through the purchase of a Day Pass. Our Aqua Sports classes can be registered for in advance online.

Aqua Barre is a total body conditioning workout. This workout combines the best of ballet/dance techniques, yoga postures, and functional strength training with a cardio conditioning burst that will get your heart pumping.

Aqua Cycling is a low-impact cardio workout that is easy on your joints but still gets your heart rate up! Go at your own pace – the water creates natural resistance to make your workout as intense as you want it. It’s as easy as riding a bike!

A high-energy class with a variety of music and rhythms. You don’t need to know how to dance or swim – if you like water, music and moving, this class is for you! Families and children are welcome!

AquaBase Boards: Inspired by Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP), AquaBase Boards combine yoga-inspired and high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises – including planks, burpees and mountain climbers – performed atop a specially-designed board. We are the first in Wisconsin with AquaBase Boards and excited for everyone to get a chance at them!

Guard against impact stress on your lower body joints by avoiding contact with the bottom of the pool using buoyancy belts and deep-water exercise.  This class offers a way to work out with little to no impact.  Float weights and other resistance aids are used along with choreography of water exercises to create an aerobic workout that largely benefits the core of the body.  All levels.

This non-impact class focuses on using water resistance and aids to open joints and strengthen surrounding muscles and tissues. The water allows for the increase in range of motion, gentle stretching, balance and postural awareness. This Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise based class is ideal for people of all ages who suffer from arthritis, muscular and joint discomfort, or recovering from a hip, knee, or shoulder injury. Beginner level.

Low-impact movements and water resistance exercise taught by certified instructors in Silver Sneakers programming.  Great for older adults that desire the benefits of water exercise and a healthy social environment.  Exercises will include a wide range of movements that are designed to improve blood flow, strength, speed, balance, postural awareness, agility, coordination, endurance and flexibility.

A high energy class designed for the excited water exercise person. Class design includes water exercise moves choreographed with high energy, family friendly music.  This class will get your blood pumping!  During active recovery periods in each class, participants will use various water resistance aids to improve strength and endurance.  The emphasis of this class is to have fun while increasing endurance and strength! All levels.
