Our swim lesson program takes the most important skills and benefits of the nation’s top swim curriculums and combines them into our own hybrid system. Our aim is to limit gaps and provide the strongest, safest, and most thorough lessons for your child.
Swim Skill Evaluations
You want to ensure your child is enrolled in a class level that is appropriate for their current skills,and will allow them to grow their skills as they become more comfortable in the water. All swim lessons will now begin with a skill evaluation by our instructors, after which students
will be grouped into classes according to skill level. Choose a date and time that works for you.
The first lesson is a swim skill evaluation, after which students are assigned to the proper level and begin working with their instructor to build their skills. Click here to see available dates/times
Private Swim Lessons
Our mission at the Kroc is to provide opportunities to our community that transforms lives. We understand that each person is different and has a different learning style. For some, the thought of swim lessons in a group setting is embarrassing and scary. To eliminate that barrier and provide the opportunity for all to learn to swim, we offer private swim lessons. Water Fitness Classes
Guard against impact stress on your lower body joints by avoiding

Low-impact movements and water resistance improve your range of
motion and flexibility.
Intervals of cardiovascular and strength exercises are combined with
pool equipment for resistance to tone from shoulders to toes.
A high-energy class with a variety of music and rhythms. You don’t
need to know how to dance or swim - if you like water, music and
moving, this class is for you! Families and children are welcome!
This class goes through a full range of yoga poses to increase strength,
flexibility and balance. Great for people with joint injuries/issues.
This new hybrid class features the best of other Water Fitness offerings. This class combines water weight training, cardio movements and finishes with yoga/stretching movements to give you a great all-around workout!
This 45-minute class held in the warm water is non-impact and focuses on a range of motion, gentle stretching, balance and postural awareness. This Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise based class is ideal for people of all ages who suffer from arthritis, muscular and joint discomfort or recovering from and injury. Come and see how this class cam compliment your current routine or get your started in reaching your fitness goals.
Don't be lazy in the lazy river! This high-intensity workout will get you moving and your heart rate up using the current of the lazy river as resistance.
