Any teen or adult (12+) purchasing a membership, day pass or enrolling in a Kroc Community Center program will be required to show photo ID.
Applicants for membership, day pass users, program participants and anyone over the age of 18 entering The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center may be screened through public sex offender registries.
Actual knowledge of registered sex offender status may only be obtained through Salvation Army screening of these public registries, or through private disclosure made through the membership, day pass or program application.
Regardless of the source, when The Salvation Army has actual knowledge of registered sex offender status of anyone who enters/or has entered the individual will be removed from the Kroc Community Center and denied future access.
All members on a Family Membership must reside in the same household AND be a legal dependent of the primary member or second adult.
Membership fees can be paid monthly via recurring credit card charge or electronic funds transfer (bank account debit). Prorated fees will be due at time of enrollment and may vary depending upon enrollment date. To complete electronic funds transfer process, a valid credit or debit card must be provided with completed membership form. Membership fees for the following month will automatically be deducted from member bank account on the 20th of the current month. Any requested changes must be submitted prior to the 10th of the month in order to be processed for the following month.
Annual payments may be paid in full by cash, check, major credit/debit card. Fees are equivalent to 12 monthly payments. The annual fee and required registration fee are due at time of enrollment.
CASH PAYMENT POLICY- Monthly cash payments are not permitted unless approved by the Director of Membership Services. Cash payments for monthly membership dues are subject to a $10/month processing fee.
Changes to a membership must be submitted in writing using a "Membership Change Form" at any time. Changes to payment information must be submitted prior to the 10th of the month in order to be processed for the following month.
Membership fees are nonrefundable. In order to cancel a membership, members must submit a "Membership Cancellation Request Form" by the 10th day of the current month for it to become effective in the following month. If a member cancels or if membership payments lapse for more than 3 days, the appropriate registration fee will be charged to reopen the membership account. There is no fee charged for cancellation.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Green Bay Kroc Center will always put the safety of its members, program participants and staff first when decisions need to be made concerning inclement weather. When inclement weather poses a threat, the Kroc Center may adjust or cancel scheduled hours of operation, programs and/or special events.
Cancellation of classes and/or programs will not be based upon local school cancellations. We will make an independent decision based on our assessment of the weather. If we decide to cancel, we will notify by posting it on our Facebook page and website home page. No refunds are given unless the program is canceled by The Kroc Community Center. If the Kroc Community Center chooses to cancel a program or class due to weather you will be given a prorated Kroc Community Center credit. No credits or pro-rated credits will be issued for missed days of camp, programs or class due to illness, partial attendance, behavior issues, or any other reason.
If the Kroc Center is closed, has a delayed opening or will be closing early, announcements will be made on our website, social media sites and with the local media.
Day Passes are available for purchase for the public to access open areas of the Kroc Community Center. Cost is $10 for ages 20+, $7 for ages 12-19, $5 for ages 3-11 and under 2 are free. Day Pass users can leave the facility and return the same day the pass was purchased for no additional fee.
Additional activities such as drop-in classes, roster classes, events, etc may be subject to additional fees. Day Pass users pay public rates for all roster and drop in activities.
The Salvation Army Kroc Center reserves the right to remove from the facility any Day Pass user who fails to comply with any posted rules and regulations or otherwise breaches the terms of the Day Pass agreement, in which case Day Pass user will not be entitled to a refund of dues.
Day Pass users are required to sign our Day Pass Purchase Agreement. Minors must be signed for by their parent or legal guardian. This form can be printed and filled prior to arrival. It can be downloaded on the Day Passes page.
Public drop-in access is intended for inclusive recreational use. Any external personal or group use/training/coaching should contact the rental department of specific group requests.
Cancellation of a one-on-one session or any personal or group coaching session requires 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of any monies paid.
Lockers are available at no charge. Guests are responsible for supplying their own lock and clearing locker after each use. The Salvation Army is not liable for lost or stolen property. Locks are available for purchase for $5 at the Membership Services Desk.
Individuals, families, and seniors who cannot afford Kroc Center membership or fees for programs (excluding personal training and private lessons) can apply for a discount. Eligibility for this program is based on income level. Scholarship applications are available online or at the Membership Services Desk.
Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk and can be used by recipient to pay for memberships, classes and program fees, facility rentals and merchandise only.

Act of God Class and Program Cancellation Clause: No refunds or credits will be issued for the first program or class cancellation if caused by weather or an act of God. If a class or program is canceled due to weather or act of God more than once in an 8-week session, a prorated refund will be issued in the form a Kroc credit or gift card for each additional cancellation. The Kroc Community Center will issue notification via phone call, text message, social media update, email or website update. If there is a local weather emergency or act of God, please check these correspondences for updates.
Member/Participant Grievance Policy
Members or participants in Kroc Center programs and services who wish to file a complaint with our organization should begin by placing a suggestion in one of the suggestion boxes located throughout the building. The comment cards are reviewed by Kroc leadership on a weekly basis and if contact information is provided, a response will be communicated within two weeks. If the provided response is unsatisfactory, members or guests may file an official grievance in writing within 30 days of the incident. Grievance forms are available at the Membership Services Desk. Written grievances or complaints must be sent to the attention of the Director of Operations at the address below:
