Birthday Party Policies:

Package includes:

• • Up to 25 guests (adults and children) including birthday child and host family, as this is our legal room capacity.
  • Two hours in a pool-side party room
  • All-day access to any areas of the center with Open Play at that time (Aquatics Center, Game Room, Gym)

• Set-up is allowed 15 minutes prior to party start time. Once the 2 hours in the party room have elapsed, the party room must be cleared, but guests can continue using the center.
• Carry-in food and beverages are welcome if the Food Waiver has been signed. Please bring your own party supplies & decorations, and use tape only to hang decorations. Waste baskets are provided. The party room is equipped with 3 round tables, 25 chairs, refrigerator with freezer, and a sink.
• Payment in full is required at the time of booking. No cash refunds are given unless the party is canceled by the Kroc Center. If the event is canceled by the Kroc Center, you will be given the choice of a full credit or a full refund. All pricing and rates are subject to change.
• If you cancel the party prior to the booked date, your payment may be forfeited or transferred to another date up to one year from the original date.
• The capacity of the party rooms is 25 people (adults and children). No additional guests can be added. These 25 people include the birthday host family.
• All non-member party guests must sign a Day Pass Agreement form. A parent or guardian must sign for all guests under the age of 18. Guests will not be permitted entry without this signed release, so please have all of your guests submit it in advance, especially for minor children. This can be done entirely online HERE.
• Guests 18+ must bring a photo ID. Please note our Day Pass Agreement includes a photo release acknowledgment.
• Children 12 & under must be supervised while in the facility.
• To receive Member rate, parent and birthday child must be on a current Family Membership plan.
• The Kroc Community Center is an alcohol and  drug free facility. If drugs or alcohol are brought into the facility the party and guests will be asked to leave. No refund will be given if a party is removed from the Kroc Center.
• Bring your own towels & locks. They are also available for purchase at the Kroc Membership Services Desk.
• Food Waiver form, Party Agreement and Guest List are required to be signed and returned to the Kroc Center prior to party check-in.
• All party guests must wear a Kroc-issued wristband to enter the facility.
• State sales tax is not included in rate and will be added to all party pricing. Additional charges may apply based on the needs of the party. Gratuities are not accepted.
