GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
While things are uncertain due to COVID, we continue to offer a selection of our daily Group Fitness classes virtually, live as they happen. We also save some of those classes recorded, and able to be taken on demand. View our options below.
Here are some things to know about our schedule of in person and virtual classes:
Register for In Person Classes in Advance
Ensure your spot by registering for classes in advance. Registering is also a great way to stay updated on cancellations, changes and more! Just follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Register Online" button at the very top of our website
2. Sign in with your username and password
3. Click on Group Activities
4. Find and click on the class of your choice
5. Click the register button in the class of your choice
That's it! See you in class!
What are we offering?
Right now we have a full schedule of the group exercise classes you know and love!
Classes are taking place in person and virtually, and you can register in advance for either option.
Attendance in our in person classes is limited to ensure proper social distancing. Registering in advance is recommended.
As we are following the current mandate, masks are required in the building and in our classes. Thank you!
Virtual Class Schedule
Below are the virtual classes only. To see our full schedule of in-person classes, download our full fitness class schedule from our calendar page.
Click below to register for virtual classes. Virtual Classes are open to Members only at this time, with the exception of Senior Fit classes, which are also open to the public.
Getting Started With VIRTUAL Classes
Step 1. Download Zoom to your mobile device or computer and create an account.
Step 2. At class time, click the class link in your registration email to join the class.
Step 3. Enter the Meeting ID and password, and log in if necessary.
Step 4. If on mobile, select "Connect using internet audio." If on desktop, select "Use computer audio"
Step 5. Turning on your video is optional. If your video is on, the instructor can see you and give guidance and support during the workout. However your audio must be on to hear the class.
All participants will be muted by the instructor when class begins, so no one else can hear your audio. You can unmute yourself if you have questions to ask.
PLEASE NOTE: When you register you will receive a meeting reminder to add to your calendar with the meeting link, Meeting ID and password. The class time is in the title of the class. If the "meeting" shows as starting 15 minutes prior to class time, this is just extra time to log in and get set up. Class will start at the published class time above.
