It's our mission to ensure that you have the opportunity to access programs, classes and resources that will help you transform your life. At the Kroc you'll Group Fitness Classes for all ages and skill levels, Fitness Assessments to keep you on track and Personal Trainers to help you find your fit.


To ensure everyone in our community has access to these transformational services all of our group fitness classes are free to members and day pass customers. Plus, members receive discounts on personal training and free Kroc Starts and Wellness Consultations.


    This high-energy class combines cardio and strength intervals using a variety of equipment. Full body workout with varying structure for total body conditioning.


    This 45 minute ride on our state-of-the-art stationary bikes will incorporate resistance, cardio and endurance. Music will motivate, and each individual will have control over intensity.


  • ZUMBA®

    A fun dance workout to upbeat Latin/International music. Routines are fun, easy to learn and get your heart rate up.


    A fun dance workout to upbeat Latin/International music. Zumba Gold modifies traditional moves into a lower-intensity workout great for active older adults.


    Stay active! Use light weights, bands and chairs to focus on balance and flexibility.


    Total body stretching to energizing Christian music. Great for the body and soul!


    Slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and movement techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being. Chair is also offered/used for some movements.

  • YOGA

    Poses are combined to improve balance, stability, strength and overall physiology. Poses are combined with breath work and end with relaxation and body awareness.


    Barre is a total body sculpting workout that is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training and ballet. Classes are low impact, emphasizing the toning of all major muscle groups and are set to fun and motivating music. All levels.


    Use weights and equipment, as well as your own body weight, to tone and strengthen from head to toe.


    This class focuses on strength and power using a barbell with adjustable weights. Strong emphasis on proper form and technique, and building functional strength. You’ll move through squats, lunges, chest and overhead presses, as well as tricep dips and bicep, hammer and side arm curls. The intensity of Barbell Strength depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Start easy — you can always increase the weight later! All levels.


    A class that combines both cardio endurance and barbell strength work. Class begins with a warm-up and Tabata/HIIT segments, then focuses on function strength and technique with barbell, followed by stretch and mobility. Improves cardio endurance while strengthening with traditional barbell movements.


    High Intensity Interval Training. Movements combine plyometrics, strength and cardio into a full-body workout that increases cardio endurance. Weights are incorporated to build strength and intensity.


    This class incorporates Tabata®, a highly popular exercise for those who are looking for a fast, effective workout guaranteeing you to sweat. Total body work out that uses a variety of equipment. All levels.


    Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise that builds a strong core, strength, flexibility, and endurance. This workout harnesses the way your body naturally moves to improve your athletic performance. This class is amp’d up to also include low impact cardio and barre work.  All levels.

  • STRONG Nation™ by Zumba

    Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. All levels.


    Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the calorie burn of Spinning, this is the class for you! This high energy ride will take you to a new level of fitness using cadence and resistance drills. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout, all to energizing music! Upper body Strength & Core components are added off the bike incorporating weights.  This class is aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength. Intermediate to advanced.


    limited on time and need that extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! We want you to have fun but be prepared for some high intensity training! Intermediate to Advanced.


    BURN is a strength and sculpting class that isolates muscle groups and BURNS. THEM. OUT... This particular class targets the upper body- Arms, shoulders, back, chest and upper core. Low impact + high intensity + low resistance + high repetition exercises all in 30 minutes. All levels.

    Take your Barre training to the next level with this higher intensity class that will incorporate more cardio, weights, and even more challenging moves. All levels.


    This cardio-weight interval class will kickstart your fitness in the right direction! Boost your metabolism with strength intervals that hit every muscle group using the ball, weights, bands and body bars. Get set for blast-off! All levels.

  • R.I.P.P.E.D.

    cardio, weights, fun and done! Total body workout that puts the FUN in FUNctional. This class has a unique combination of resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance all in 45 minutes. Strong emphasis on music-based conditioning with mixed martial arts movements to increase core stability, balance, and increase cardio endurance. All levels.


    This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, and improve your endurance. All levels.


    Start your day off right with this fun cycling class. Head out on a journey as this class incorporates flats, steady hills, sprints and interval training, in and out of the saddle. All levels.


    This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes light weights, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and core training/stretching for a complete workout. All levels.


    This total body circuit challenge combines different workout stations to inspire a results-driven, maximum effort. It is cross-training at its best with rowers, functional exercises, and a whole bunch of other fun fitness toys in a team-oriented class that will challenge and transform your whole body. Designed to be high volume, low resistance with short rest intervals. All levels.


    Flow Yoga synchronizes posture with breathing through fluid motion in and out of various poses. You will develop full awareness of your movement patterns as you flow through different postures. All are encouraged to move at their own pace through this meditation in motion.


    All Levels Yoga is designed for all participants, both new and advanced. Classes include breathing, postures, and meditation intended to improve mindset, flexibility, alignment, and strength.


    A more advanced spin on traditional Silver Sneakers class- this standing class incorporates athletic based exercises and conditioning that focuses on major muscle groups. The focus of this class is toning muscles and building overall strength.  Bands and weights are used. Intermediate level.

Fitness Assessments

Wellness Consultation: If you're looking to get a baseline on your health and prepare a plan to improve, this is for you. You'll meet one-on-one with one of our certified Personal Trainers and they will guide you on designing a safe and effective exercise program, trailered to you.

Kroc Starts: Starting out at a new Fitness Center can be a challenge. Where's the extra weights, how do I start a treadmill and many other questions need answers. During your Kroc Start you'll get those answers and more! You will meet with a Fitness Team Member who will introduce you to the Fitness Center, demonstrate equipment use and start you on the path to health. One free session is available to every member.


Teen Strength Training: Getting started on a wellness program at a young age is a great for any teen, but we need to ensure it's done safely. After completing this safety and technique course your teen will be able to use all the equipment in the Fitness Center safely and confidently.
