These 30 minute HIIT classes provide an intense circut workout, aimed at getting your heart rate up.
Shred and Sculpt on Demand
A 30 minute total-body workout with a combination of strength exercises that target every muscle group, and cardio exercises.
Family Fit on Demand
These fun, 30 minute classes are great for the whole family to participate in together! Feel free to do inside or outside, depending on weather.
Barre on Demand
A 30 minute hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training
