Dear Members and Guests –   

 

After careful review of the most recent recommendation from the CDC, The Salvation Army divisional leaders have made the following decisions regarding masking and screening at the Kroc Center. We ask for cooperation from members and guests in honoring our policies below and will not be requiring proof of vaccination to enter our facility.

 

Screening and Temperature Checks

 

  • Members and guests are no longer being screened by Kroc Staff upon entry. The Kroc Center has posted self-screening questions and asks that all members and guests abide by this guide.
  • Kroc Center staff will continue to be screened in at this time.

 

Members and Guests ages 16+

 

  • Fully vaccinated members and guests ages 16+ are no longer required to wear masks inside of the Kroc Center facility.
  • Members and guests who are not vaccinated are still required to wear a mask inside the facility, except when in the Kroc Pool.

 

Children ages 12-15**

 

  • Children ages 12-15 are required to wear a mask inside the facility (except when in the Kroc Pool) until July 4, 2021.
  • Masks are not required for those who are able to maintain social distance participating in outdoor activities.
  • Beginning July 5, 2021 any children ages 12-15 who are fully vaccinated will no longer be required to wear a mask inside the facility. Those who are not fully vaccinated will still be required to wear a mask.

 

Children ages 5-11**

 

  • Children ages 5-11 are required to wear a mask inside the facility, except when in the Kroc Pool.
  • Masks are not required for those who are able to maintain social distance participating in outdoor activities.

 

Children ages 4 and under**

 

  • Based on recommendations from the CDC, children 4 and under should consult with their health care providers and make the best determination at this time.

 

Summer Day Camp

 

  • Our camp policies are set by state licensing, and we will follow all requirements given by the state.

 

RJ’s Child Watch

 

  • All RJ’s staff and children over the age of 5 must still wear masks while playing both inside and outside.

 

** Exception to this will be in areas licensed by the State’s Division of Children & Families

A proper face covering consists of a 2 layer cloth mask, worn closely over the nose and mouth. Anyone inside the Kroc Center is required to wear an adequate mask properly at all times. View CDC mask guidelines HERE.
